This infill project maximizes every usable square foot of land on the lot.</p> <p>The underground utilities installation includes an underground water detention facility installed underneath the parking lot&ndash;one of the first StormTech stormwater chambers in northern Colorado. StormTech's innovative water detention solution was chosen because it provides the most cost-effective method for utilizing available land while protecting water resources.</p> <h4>Challenges</h4> <p>Logistics required precise coordination because there was no storage available on site. The shoring and proximity of the fiber-optic line demanded very intricate excavation work. When the vacant UBC property at Mason and Harmony became available, they jumped at the chance to build a state-of-the-art Jeep dealership on the site.</p> <p>The new Fort Collins Jeep facility is one of only a handful of stand-alone Jeep dealerships in the country. The expansion allowed Jeep to nearly triple its service area, expand the showroom, and give them more room to spread out.</p> <h4>Challenges</h4> <p>This project required close cooperation with the City of Fort Collins engineering department and the project engineers in order to facilitate some grade issues.
